My feelings for you

I've come this far
I still don't have a constant
In this dark cold life i lead
you are the light that brings me warmth
happiness is just another word when compared to how you make me feel
There are forces beyond our control that tear us apart as we speak
I fear I won't be able to tell you
tell you about the love i feel
tell you of the sleepless nights I thought of you
tell you of the time i missed hearing your voice
you'll never understand the pain I felt when he left
even though I broke your heart you never stoped loving me
when I thought my life was over
death blessed me with you
from that moment you said "Hi" to the moment you said "I love you"
has been a journey of many faces
each one a different emotion I feel when I'm around you
my heart burns with the fire of lust
my soul runs on cookie dought and your love
no amount of words can heal a broken heart
but with your help I can forget..........

Well I wrote this poem over a year ago and it's kinda freaky how some lines remind me of Brandon(current b/f), I don't think there is one poem that doens't have a reference to my lost friend Jay but hey he was a big part of my life and the fact that he's dead makes him an even bigger part cuz I try and live for the moment like he did and make him proud ^_^
